🙌🏼 Your Mission
As a Founding Business Development / Go-to-Market Manager, you will work directly with the founders and take a leading role in building and scaling our go-to-market engine from the ground up. You’ll shape the future of Agri-PV by driving land acquisition, establishing scalable sales structures, and actively developing our market presence. This is a rare opportunity to become a core member of the founding team and take full ownership of a critical business function.
Your Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Ownership: Develop and execute GTM strategies to acquire high-potential land plots, establish local partnerships, and unlock new project opportunities across Germany.
- Business Development & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for landowners and key stakeholders. Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive our project pipeline forward with a founder’s mindset.
- Strategic Expansion: Design and test new sourcing channels – from outbound campaigns and referrals to digital marketing and direct outreach.
- Project Feasibility & Commercials: Evaluate agricultural land for its Agri-PV potential, coordinate internal assessments, and build business cases to support decision-making.
- System Building: Set up scalable processes, tools, and templates across Sales and Business Development. Lay the foundation for a high-performing, data-driven GTM engine.
- Brand & Market Positioning: Represent Feldwerke at events, webinars, and in key industry forums. Help establish Feldwerke as the leading Agri-PV brand and attract top-tier inbound leads.
🎓 What You Bring
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
- You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
- You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
