We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup driving the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for the sake of our planet and future generations. Our goal is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we are developing and building the pioneering concept of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other things, planned Germany’s largest plant in record time, which is currently under construction. In addition, several dozen projects are already in advanced stages. We are growing fast: 5x YoY growth. 7-digit profitability. 100% bootstrapped and investor-independent.

🙌🏼 Your Mission

As Entrepreneur in Residence at Feldwerke, you will work side by side with the founding team and take on a central role in shaping and scaling our privileged & farm-adjacent Agri-PV segment. From day one, you will operate as a founder’s right hand: taking full ownership of projects, testing and validating new business opportunities, and driving initiatives that have a direct and lasting impact on the company’s trajectory.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the founders on strategic priorities across business development, financing, operations, and project execution.
• Identify, validate, and execute new growth opportunities in the privileged & farm-adjacent Agri-PV segment.
• Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end – from market research and financial modeling to product design and process implementation.
• Support company-wide scaling by setting up efficient workflows, KPIs, and structures for rapid growth.
• Represent Feldwerke externally in meetings with partners, landowners, and municipalities.
• Act as a true entrepreneur: take full ownership of challenges, test bold ideas, and help shape Feldwerke’s future direction from day one.

🎓 What You Bring

• You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. from your own venture).
• You have gained first experience in a fast-paced environment – such as a startup, consulting, or venture building.
• You are entrepreneurial at heart: motivated to build something from scratch, eager to take real ownership, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
