🌾 About Feldwerke

We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup driving the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for the sake of our planet and future generations. Our goal is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we are developing and building the pioneering concept of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other things, planned Germany’s largest plant in record time, which is currently under construction. In addition, several dozen projects are already in advanced stages. We are growing fast: 5x YoY growth. 7-digit profitability. 100% bootstrapped and investor-independent.

🙌🏼 Your Mission

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work side by side with the founding team and take on a key role in shaping and advancing our go-to-market strategy. From day one, you will be a full member of the team, taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and having a tangible impact. Specifically, you will source new projects, support their execution, and contribute to Business Development, Sales, and Project Management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategies: Test and implement strategies for acquiring new land – from lead sourcing to executing outbound activities such as direct outreach and email marketing.
• Project Acquisition: Support the realization of Agri-PV projects and serve as the first point of contact for landowners to secure suitable sites.
• Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Evaluate agricultural land with regard to its potential for Agri-PV use.
• Sales Development: Create and develop sales and tender documents, prepare presentation materials, and improve processes.
• Your Own Ideas: We give you the freedom to test and implement your own projects to help take Feldwerke to the next level.

🎓 What You Bring

• You are an enrolled student in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example in another startup or in consulting.
• You are highly motivated about renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way.
