We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup accelerating the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for our planet and future generations. Our mission is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. 🙌🏼 Your Mission
As a Founding Project Development Manager, you will be part of the core founding journey and take full ownership in building our go-to-market strategy for scalable utility-scale Agri-PV projects. You will drive project acquisition, development, and execution while shaping key areas such as business development, sales, and project management. From day one, you will operate as an entrepreneur within the company, with significant responsibility and the opportunity to leave your mark on our growth.

You will take ownership of the privileged & farm-adjacent Agri-PV segment, building it with the goal of establishing the most sustainable and scalable solar product on the market – helping to successfully shape Germany’s energy transition without sacrificing agricultural land.
Your responsibilities will include business development, branding & marketing, product design, process optimization, and the opportunity to build and lead a team.

- Project Development: Take full ownership of Agri-PV projects – from securing land and navigating permitting processes to technical planning and grid connection. You will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders and ensure smooth execution through to commissioning.
- Project Acquisition & Land Securing: Assess agricultural land for its suitability for Agri-PV, develop acquisition and offer strategies, and actively support implementation – from direct outreach and contract negotiations to securing permits.
- Growth Strategies:Â Test new acquisition channels, develop pitch materials, prepare presentations, and help build scalable structures to continuously expand the project pipeline from first contact through development to construction.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and design solutions that reduce project timelines – also with regard to regional policy and regulatory frameworks.
- Product Design & Development: Continuously evolve our product offering and value proposition in close collaboration with manufacturers, partners, and customers – from developing new solutions (e.g., green power storage) and optimizing pricing to shaping PPAs and additional business models.
- External Representation & Branding:Â Represent Feldwerke at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, positioning us as a leading player in Agri-PV with a focus on efficiency, quality, and credibility.
🎓 What You Bring
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
- You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
- You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
