We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup accelerating the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for our planet and future generations. Our mission is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we develop sustainable, profitable, and innovative concepts such as (Agri-)PV and battery storage. 🙌🏼 Deine Mission

As a Renewable Energy Project Developer, you will work side by side with one of our founders and take on a key role in advancing our project pipeline. You will be responsible for taking over secured projects and driving forward topics such as building permits, grid connection, and preliminary planning. This role gives you the opportunity to gain deep insights into the realization of infrastructure projects in Germany within a very short time. Our ambition is to anticipate challenges, remove obstacles early, and consistently beat the regular two-year development timeline. While the focus is on our Agri-PV projects, this also extends to BESS, electrolyzers, and data centers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Development: Take ownership of your own projects and serve as the go-to contact for permitting, technical matters, and grid connection.
• Project Acquisition: Support the sourcing team in securing land for new projects, contributing your knowledge and experience to identify and develop suitable sites.
• Process Optimization: Improve and automate our project development workflows, also supporting efforts at the policy level to minimize the time from land acquisition to building permit.
• External Relations: Act as the main point of contact for your project stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration through to construction and commissioning.
• Brand & Marketing: Represent Feldwerke at industry conferences and events, positioning us as a leading brand in Agri-PV and efficient project management.

🎓 What you bring

• You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
• You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
• You are highly motivated by renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
